ICELAND: Iceland was the first country to enter the stage at Beogradska Arena today. It was the country’s very first rehearsal for the second 2008 Eurovision Song Contest Semi-Final and the keywords for the show are energy and up-tempo dance tunes.
SWEDEN: The second country to rehearse today - and one of the favourites to win the 2008 Eurovision Song Contest - was Sweden with Charlotte Perrelli’s Hero which looked and sounded perfect already on first try.
TURKEY: The Turkish representatives Mor ve Ötesi rehearsed for the first time today, and they showed a flawless and vocally very convincing performance. The light scenery of the stage was based on dark colours, while the background showed the same papier mâché figures that were featured in the official video clip of their song Deli.
