 Dima Bilan , the Russian representative of the Eurovision 2008 has recorded the video clip of his song “Believe”.
The idea of the video clip is about the life of a famous Russian athlete, the skating champion Evgeny Pluschenko and the violin player Edvin Marton who will appear in the clip supporting Dima Bilan to this Eurovision “step”!
The video clip will be out soon and besides the two famous Russians the clip is about saving and raising money for a seven year old child who needs the money for an operation.
Russia has participated in the Eurovision Song Contest ten times, and in every year since 2000. Their debut was in the 1994 contest after Russia became a member of the EBU. Along with Malta, Russia is the most successful country to never have won Eurovision, finishing 2nd in 2000 and 2006, and 3rd in 2003 and 2007. In 2003, the famous girl duo t.A.T.u were only 3 points from victory.
