What's on Radio International this week?

With the Team having returned tanned from the 2010 Malta Eurosong - Radio International invites you to the nineth edition in 2010. The Show is broadcast on 106.8FM in the Netherlands and also via the internet via www.radiointernational.tk and will also be web-televised via www.oikotimes.com linking up the European Eurovision fans and friends and play your requests and read out your messages on air. The simulcast will be from 2000 – 2300 hours.

Highlights of the show:

Live Interview with Marcin Mrozinski who will represent Poland at the Eurovision Song Contest 2010 with the song called "Legenda". Let's find out more from Marcin and his Eurovision and musical background. Get to know this charming singer. Radio International is glad to have him on the show for an interview. Listeners are encouraged to send in their questions during the show which will be read out to Marcin during the show.

Malta's Eurosong 2010:
The Team of Radio International were on location at the MFCC (Malta's Fairs and Convention Centre) in Ta-Qali and witnessed the proceedings of how the Maltese select their representative for the 55th Eurovision Song Contest. 17 year old Thea Garrett won and will represent Malta in Oslo with the fabulous song called "My Dream".Last week we aired an interview with Thea during the show. Glen Vella became second with "Just a little more love". Listen to the interview with Glen before the show. Also there will be an interview with charismatic Wayne Micallef and some clips with Malta's big TV and Radio celebrities such as Deo Grech and fans in the MFCC just before the big Final.

Eurovision Song Contest Spotlight - National Finals:
The regular Eurovision Spot with our correspondents Marcus, Ross, Chris and Alasdair. For the next few weeks we take a look at the national selection processes in the Eurovision countries. Week by week Radio International will check out the entries of various entries that have qualified in their national finals and give you a taster by playing the clip. Soon it is known which songs have been selected by juries and televoters representing their country at the Eurovision Song Contest 2010 in Oslo. This week Ross Bennett will be taking a look and play clips of the songs selected this week from Latvia, Belarus, Bulgaria, Georgia and Slovakia and as a bonus a little excursion into Sweden.

Your 3 Minutes of Fame on Radio International: It’s back this week. Radio International would like to know from you your first Eurovision Experience either live in a Final of the Eurovision Song Contest or watching at home or during a Eurovision party.
