Hello Andreas thank you for the interview.

Cypriot National final 2010. Tell us something about the proposal and your role on the show.

I am honoured to be the presenter of this years final. I cannot wait for Sunday night where we will select the song to represent our island in this amazing concert. I wish the best of luck to all contestants, it will be a fabulous night and we will all have fun together.

You had in the past any similar experience with hosting such events?

Actually no, but I am not nervous at all as I decided I will be myself on stage and have as much fun as possible as that is what this contest is all about.

What do you think about the participation of Cyprus in the Eurovision Song Contest?

I think that Cyprus should do its best for the best possible song and a decent performance on the night. The aim is for our country to be part of this European celebration and the best result will only be a bonus.

Do you think that Cyprus can win one day the Eurovision Song Contest and host it also?

Why not? I believe we have many talented artists and I really think that with the correct team and strategy we can bring the contest to our island.

What is your opinion about the exchange of 12 points between Cyprus and Greece?

Every other neighboring countries do it, so why not us!?:)

Have you been following the Eurovision Song Contest?

From my childhood, it was always a big event among my family, so now being part of it is even a bigger deal.

Yes. Vote for Cyprus in May!
