The production team of Junior Planet Festival has made some new decision about the Junior Planet Festival 2009. The country which will host the second Junior Planet Festival 2009 will be determinate by bids just like Junior Eurovision. The bids don’t have to be from a website but from anyone who want to organize the event. Every proposal has to be send including:
- LOGO
- MASCOT (not required)
- MUSIC THEME
- MOTTO
- FONT
- VIDEO PROPOSAL + GRAPHICS
- WEBSITE LAYOUT (IN IMAGE FORMAT)

The best bid will have the chance to organize the second Junior Planet Festival 2009 by the coordination of the production team of the contest with also the new rules of the contest which will be announce soon. The deadline for the bid is December 2008. The decision will be made by the production team of the contest in January.
