Kalomoira, the Greek representative in the past Eurovision song contest that took place in Belgrade is “missing”. Immediately after the final, she went for a week long vacation in the Greek island Mykonos with her boyfriend Giorgos. Afterwards she went to USA where her family currently lives.
Sources tell us that Kalomoira is willing to stop her music carreer due to the big pressure she had during the competition in Belgrade and the problems she is having with her record label “Heaven”.
Kalomoira’s father talked exclusively to the Greek magazine “Downtown” and he revealed everything about the stress and the pressure Kalomoira faced in Belgrade and afterwards. He said that she was giving interviews, making photo shoots and selling numerous albums without her receiving any money. “So why going it?” revealed Kalomoira’s father in “Downtown”, “Others to get rich from Kalomoira’s hard work?” continued Mr. Sarantis.
Rumours also say that the problem became bigger when she was obliged to pay the bill from the hotel where Kalomoira was staying in Belgrade. Her mother talked to the Greek TV station “Star channel” and she talked about the “famous bill”: “We are not in need for some euros, we are ok financially”
Kalomoira now is back in America and her father revealed to Downtown, that she will visit Greece next month but the final decision will be Kalomoira’s.
