Belgium selects internally for Moscow

According to the Belgian website, Belgovision.com the Belgian participation this year will be selected internally as the RTBF’s Director of Entertainment, Jean-Michel Germys. The Belgian Broadcaster also tries the same idea of the selection of the participant internally on 2007 with the The Krazy Mess Groovers. The KMG’s took part in Helsinki but they didn’t qualify to the final.
