Cyprus: CyBC didn’t make the decision yet
Andreas Anastasiou reports from Cyprus
Source(s): esctime.com, CyBC | Photo: esctime.com

CyBC report us exclusively that the decision about Eurovision Song Contest 2009 was not taken yet. Names as Tamta, Kostas Martakis, Marianta Pieridi and Stavros Konstantinou only express their interest to take part with Cyprus.

CyBC tell us that the final decision for Cyprus will be made by CyBC council. A possible option is to proclaim a national final. If finally CyBC decide to select internally the decision will be made according what the artist can offer with the participation, what the artist expect from CyBC, the economics of CyBC and the sponsors which are able to support the artist.

One Response to “CyBC didn’t make the decision yet”

i thing national final for cyprus is the best solution for esc 2009.just if you thing that lets say evdokia wasnt participate in 2008 then nikolas metaksas it was gonna be our singer for cyprus 2008 with the song i cant be and i thing cyprus should had been in final and in top 10 in 2008 with that song and singer.so i thing is better the national final maybe we will see nikolas again or maybe some other singers who they are unknown but maybe they have the talent.we will see:).if cybc will make internally then i prefer marianta pieridi or stavros konstantinou.
